Very Poor Service

if it was possible, i would give them a -1 score. i placed an order on 17 February 2024 and did not receive any correspondence from them. On 19 February 2024i did a follow-up wrt the order and I received an email on 20 February 2024 stating that i selected pickup from one of their stops or i should pay R75 to FNB account for shipping. Money was paid on 21 February 2024 from FNB to FNB but to my surprise, today i received an email asking me to email the POP, reallyyyy. i ordered the wig because i wanted to use it tomorrow. What kind of service is this???? Order number 67983
