Very bad customer service

I really love buying from Hair City and hate their customers service because they dont keep to your promise of one day delivery. Why should I be the one who is always contacting you about the delivery? The answer I get, NO hello or hi just "Your parcel is still being prepared" I m the one who must do the follow up again the next day.
