Useless!!!!!

Worst Service ever!!!! I am fuming I paid R5000 for a top of the range wig to spoil my fiance and got the worst customer service for both her and my sister in law!!! I reserved a wig in the shop at northgate 3 days ago to be told today that it was sold, by the cashier who was rude and unhelpful. the ladies waited 2 hours before anyone even washed their hair as they were told they had not made an appointment . there was no mention of appointments when I had spoken to the person three days prior explaining that my fiance would come to the shop, Purchase the hair and Install it, I asked about installation cost which i was told is free with Brazilian wigs this was the ideal time to ask if i would like to make a booking

The ladies had to ask me to bring food and drink as the staff offered other customers beverages ignoring them as they said the did not book

my sister in law brought her own wig from another store to be installed we paid R450 to do this, the hair stylist noted that there was an issue with the hair piece and continued to install the faulty hairpiece advising only after it had been stitched in that it would fall apart in a weeks time

does hair city expect us to remove it at our cost only to have it reinstalled again for another R450?

I am appalled with the lack of professionalism practiced at this shop considering it being highly rated and and presented as a luxury hair salon. it is of my opinion that one would be better off paying someone on the streets of jozi who costs far less to do the job with a better attitude more concern and better attention to detail
