Third attempt and still the wigs are wrong and very poor quality. Very bad service

****mers with false advertising from pictures verses what you get is totally grade 0 hair with so many faults and empty promises. This was my third attempt of returning the hair and being promised to be fixed and this is the last straw of being patient with Hair City and their very poor service. I want my money back. I placed my first order for a combo deal that costed me R1949.00 on the 23/06/2025 on *** and only got my delivery on the 03/07/2025. Upon receiving my order, I saw that the curly hair was not done properly, it was as if it was done by an amateur with no closure, they put two different colors, and the fringe cut was too short and ugly nothing compared to the picture of adverti*****t for the product. Both wigs had no adjustable straps as advertised and the wig caps that was used was so hard that the wigs kept pulling up my head. I called in and spoke to Cindy whom I explained everything, and she sent the couriers to collect the parcel again and promised to fix all my identified problems on the wigs. I received my delivery and only to find out that the wig caps were changed and now they are small and not fitting on my head. The brown colour that I was promised to be removed cos I wanted one color was not changed, the fringe was not fixed they just added another layer on top. I called again to complain and spoke to Cindy. She put in a collection again and promised to fix all the problems and that she will also send an apology gift for my very bad experience with them. I called in last week Thursday to follow up and Cindy promised me that they changed everything and new hair was made for both wigs and she will send them with courier the next day. Today 01/09/2025 at 17:55pm I received my delivery. I opened the box. 1. No apology gift put in as promised. 2. The curly wig is still the very same wig I returned that was did not fit my head. I was promised that they will put XL and it is still a Large wig cap. The hair is still brown and black, the fringe is still cut too short with no closure and with no adjustable straps. 3. The straight wig is still the same, a Large and I was promised they will change and put XL. I am done with being patient with Hair City. They do not care because they got the money. I want my money back please. Come and collect your wigs. We are entering the third month since I placed my order now and still, I am going back and forth with you.
