Terrible service at Hair City

I'm dissapointed with the customer service I got at Hair City Fourways mall. I was in the shop to buy hair glue and get my wig adjusted. Keith who was the hair consultant assisting me walked around the shop with my wig while he was chatting to a friend from sorbet who had come to see him! He took his time as he was sowing my wig while he was chatting to this girl. He didn't fit the elastic on the correctly , he just asked me it's tight while I was waiting . Once I said I was in a rush cos i was with my restless son he dropped the wig on the counter and left the salon! Another lady had to help me wear my wig and show me how to apply the hair glue or gel. Keith didn't wait to even see if the job he had done and I had paid for was correct or that I was happy! I wouldn't recommend Hair city to anyone for hair purchase or installation as the overall service with dissapointing especially if they expect you to spend thousands in their shop. I couldn't even complain to the manager who was in the shop because she didn't see anything wrong with his behavior and apparently Keith always does this. Only Zozi was helpful.
