Terrible communication

Poor communication. I ordered a unit from them on the 15th of September and today is the 29th and I still have not received it. No comms whatsoever. I messaged them twice and both times I was told they were shipping it that day. So yeah, it’s a wait and see game. As a first time buyer I must say the experience hasn’t been pleasant.
