Taking too long to deliver

I am a first time buyer at hair city. I made a payment on the 17th July 2024, the parcel was picked up on the 22nd of July. Then I tracked the parcel on the 23rd of July the response was that parcel was left at bay 6 for the next scheduled delivery time, the following day it was left at bay 1 later that day it was left at bay 6 again. Then on the 26th I made a follow up with Fast way since there was no movement at all. My query was attended by Rebecca Mokoena she said the parcel will be delivered on the next day, but till now I have not received any parcel. It's really disappointing because in their website they deliver within 2-3 days
