Refunds and delivery

I ordered a weave 2 months ago. Their courrier fastway has been claiming they cant reach me which is a lie. All i want is my money back and haircity is not making it easy for me.

I spend a lot of time calling fastway in dbn and PMB. Emailing haircity but no luck.
