Order #51730 I placed this order and I was not happy with the color and it was collected on Tuesday. To my surprise the courier guy company came to collect the same wig today 03/12/2021. I wanted to exchange it for a ponytail but Sindi didn't understand that I paid it in cash. She send me an email that she was going contact me today with regards to this order and she didn't contact me. Can I please get the refund. Thank you
