Poor , pathetic service

<p>I am a 2nd time customer with this company . My 1st order went down without a hitch , the problems came in on the 2nd one. I ordered a product and did the payment . After almost 2 weeks of nothing being delivered and not receiving details from them , I contacted them via e-mail (which I never received a response to ) , finally I reached them via telephone , and was advised there was a problem with my order and it would take longer than expected for the product to reach me . I waited another week ,with no word from them . Finally I called again to enquire as to the status of my order (note that none of my e-mails have been answered as yet ) . I finally just decided to cancel the order , I provided my banking details for a refund to be made and no-one has even confirmed that it was recieved . I will not advise anyone to make use of this company because the service is so terrible . I really just want my money back at this point.</p>
