Poor Order Processing
I bought hair 2 days ago and when I do follow ups I’m told that they are busy processing my order!!! What happened to same day delivery 🙀 Ivan I please have my hair delivered today because I want to wear it tomorrow. Thank you

28 May 2024, 10:50I just called them to do a follow since there is no response on emails and Whatzapp is automated. The answer I’m getting is that they have a backlog and I will receive the order on 30/05/2024. No apology given for the inconvenience 🙀❌
By the way the order was placed on 24/05/2024 which was 4 days ago.
Lessen learned is that Hair City doesn’t keep to their promises and their delivery time is not same day but after 5 days🙀❌
