Poor customer service and unit quality.

I am quite disappointed with the quality of my unit and the (lack of) customer service that followed. I had ordered the 4x4 spiced orange unit (which I think is no longer available on the website). I received it a little over a month ago and cared for it as I do all my other units. Aside from the at times excessive shedding I was satisfied but was quite dismayed when the cap tore after a month of wear. I went through to the Online store in Illovo to seek help (perhaps a closure change or a fix) but was told that because of Covid restrictions and the fact that the lace had been customised (by them at their store), there was nothing they could do. I am really disappointed because this was quite an expensive piece (4200) and it speaks to the quality of the wig more than anything- I have units from other vendors that are still in perfect condition from 4 years ago, so it is not a matter of rough or inexperienced handling.
