Online Deception! Hair Band ******! No Call Back!

I bought a wig online. The free hair bands were not in a plastic like other Instagram posts (must have been returned by another customer). The hair looked nothing like the picture very lifeless. When I went to the Hair City Mall of Africa to clarify if the order was wrong. Brenda washed my hair and braided it. She said the hair is not a Brazilian water wave. After I showed her the online receipt she said she must be wrong its the one in the picture. She then opened the curls in hopes it would look like the picture. Nothing like the picture. I left the store she calls me out then takes my number( I thought I had ****** something), then she calls me numerous times. I call her she has forgotten something. Then to save my airtime I go back to the salon. When I arrive home I realize that the hair band is missing. I text her. Till this day I don't have my hairband. I told the customer care Sindi via email what happened. They said someone would call me. I emailed her that no one has called, still no response. R 1900 down the drain and my free hairband was ****** plus airtime was wasted due to incompetence.

Refrain from buying online. At Mall of Africa Branch make sure you have all your possessions because they won't help you if your things go missing. Customer care did nothing about it ,they said they would call but they ****. Even though I contacted them first to sort it out privately. Two weeks later no response.
