MOST DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS ETHICS

The most awful unprofessional service I have ever received!! I placed an order on Monday through their website. Their website clearly stated that orders and payment received before 14:00 get delivered the same day and orders after 14h00 get delivered the following day. Today is now Thursday and I still haven't received my order. They don't bother contacting you to say that your order and payment was received, they don't reply on their WhatsApp number. They give you an option of SMS updates on your delivery and absolutely nothing. When contacting them yesterday 2 people assured me I would receive it Thursday the latest and nothing!!! disgusting lying people and I will advise anyone not to do business with them everything is a lie no same day or following day delivery, no SMS notifications nothing!!
