Lack of Communication/Bad Customer Service

Hair City lacks communication when it comes to their online orders. It's been almost a week and I live in Centurion, yet my order has not arrived. They didn't even bother to communicate with me and keep me updated as the customer, so I was left to chase and call after them. I'm honestly disappointed in them and my expectations for them were high. I specifically bought from them because I thought they were professional but unfortunately, they not any different from these other hair companies.

All I received for all this mess was an "I'm sorry" and I was expected to be understanding, as if I'm not the one being inconvenienced. It genuinely felt like they couldn't care less about me as their customer. I've bought from them 3 times prior to this (I've even referred my friends and family to them cause I loved them), but how they handled this situation completely turned me off. As soon as I receive this order, I won't be going back. This situation was extremely frustrating for me.
