Items still not received

It would be nice to have the items I ordered first before I am asked for a review. I chose the store collection because logic told me this would be quicker. I received an email confirming the order (with a tracking number) and have not received any other updates post that message. I even sent a message to follow up and still no response to date. Where is my parcel? I can't drive to Fourways Mall without confirmation that the order is ready. If there was a zero star rating, this would be it . Order placed on 19/08, today is the 28/08
