Inferior Quality Product

Good morning Thumi
The Beyoncé Custom wig was not coloured by me or my stylist. I purchased the hair with that colour. Why would I purchase a lace wig which I know is very delicate and sensitive to dye it again when it is already the colour that I want.
What am I suppose to do now??? I spend R 5 000.00 on a lace wig which only lasted 4 months. Please Please Please just refund me my money or replace it. I have send pictures of how badly the wig has been shedding. Regards
