Haircity poor returns administration

I have recently written about my experience where I purchased a wig online and was experiencing tremendous difficulty in getting the store to liaise with me regarding collection. Well since I wrote here, the collection was booked in less than an hour.

The trouble that I am now experiencing is getting my refund processed to PayJustNow by Haircity so that I can be refunded by PayJustNow. I wrote to PJN and they advised that Haircity should make the instruction I have written to Haircity requesting the refund and the instruction. No response. Not even an acknowledgement since the collection.
