Hair City bad service

I bought the hair through PJN and hair city on the 30th July, no feedback on when i will receive my order, the non-communication is horrible. . I have emailed them several times still no sign of any delivery. This is bad impression on a first time buyer, their website say delivery is 2-3 days and i am still waiting and no communication what of ever.
