Good quality not as advertised

The quality of the is great,no fault there but I’m the hair is not as advertised. On the picture the hair is long and thick absolutely beautiful but mine isn’t as long and thick. And I’m short usually 16” is very long on me but this one you would swear it’s a 12”. Also their delivery service provider is ****py they could have better communication with them…but hair city was supportive and jumped into action to deal with them
