**** Brazilian Hair

I bought Outre Simply 7 piece Brazilian Hair Natural body from them , when i got the extensions installed the hair was shedding crazy and looked ****. 3 days i did not want the hair it looked old and was tangling, had no shine whatsoever . The hair was such a mess ,I looked sick with it.<br> <br> i went to their shop to show them , i wanted a refund but they told me that the refund would take forever and they offered an exchange , i couldn't take the same hair so i got a more expensive one and had to pay extra for it. They took off their old hair blew dry my hair . this installation was only 5 days old, they have an in house stylist but asked me to pay for a new installation. its a week later i am in my natural hair that i really do not like because my budget wouldn't allow me to get two installations in one month because of this poor quality hair.
