Do not buy from their online shop | Order paid and item not received.

I had ordered a wig on black Friday(26Nov2021) at 10am, the site says that it is a same day delivery. I messaged them on their WhatsApp line to confirm how my delivery was and I was told that they are going to get it to me tomorrow(27Nov2021) being the day after. I of-course received no updates, I then proceeded to email them (28Nov2021) and they have yet to respond, WhatsApp I now receive no response at all and at this point... I would just like my money back. Their online service needs a lot of work and I advice everyone to reconsider other places making any purchases from them.
