Bad service

Unbelievable service from Haircity, I bought hair on the 6th of May I read that delivery takes 2 days maximum, haircity did not send me email to confirm my order, I had to follow up and even upon following up im told the latest is Tuesday after I was told that my order is being prepared .I cannot even track my order .
