Bad service

Worst experience ever for first time buying with them, I didnt want to write this review as I hoped that they will sort out my query very fast but they just slacking. Did my order on the 1st of June of afro Brazilian and live in conditioner, two days later they deliver the wrong order and without the conditioner I had to call them so they collect, its the 8th today I have not receive my order nor any communication from them instead I need to follow up when it should be the other way round. I'm very disappointed seeing so many good reviews and this happens.
