After buying a package, communication became extremely difficult. They are almost impossible to reach by phone or message, and securing an appointment slot is unnecessarily challenging.

Additionally, the “rules” regarding the package seem to change after payment has been made, which is both frustrating and concerning. Transparency upfront would allow clients to make informed decisions.

The quality of products being used in the salon is also questionable
