Be aware before purchasing package deals from Roche at this salon. Hair, Nails and Beauty Lounge in Saxby street. After buying a package, communication became extremely difficult. They are almost impossible to reach by phone or message, and securing an appointment slot is unnecessarily challenging. Additionally, the “rules” regarding the package seem to change after payment has been made, which is both frustrating and concerning. Transparency upfront would allow clients to make informed decisions. The quality of products being used in the salon is also questionable Overall, my experience has been disappointing. Sharing to help others make an informed decision.

Hair and nails beauty lounge at 1004 Saxby Ave, Eldoraigne, Centurion, 0157, South Africa. Is an absolute ****. They take your money for packages and never provide the service. Roche will sell you packages and take your money and when you want to use these packages he comes up with an excuses of why it can’t be used. I specifically clarified the terms and conditions on purchase and he now claims he put up a status that changed these conditions on all packages. It’s a ****. Don’t ever use this salon.
