Order not delivered weeks later, poor communication

I bought hair from Hair majesty, on Black Friday weekend and I still haven’t received my order. Poor communication on their end, it’s hard to get to them, messages are left on read, emails gets responded to after a while. I am writing this disappointed at the way this is being handled. I don’t know what else to do at this point.
