Hair Majesty - So disappointing😭

I've always had a problem with finding genuine stores that sell quality hair. In my 6 years of purchasing wigs, I have only ever bought/was lucky to receive 2 wigs that were of outstanding quality. Having done my research on the hair majesty store and it's products and being fami**** with the name behind the brand I thought that this would possibly be my best option. Was I disappointed, The wig I bought was decent on display and of great quality when I fitted it on. The lady who assisted me said she would go cut the lace and package it for me. Upon arriving at home, I didn't look much into it as I had bought the wig to wear the next day. The wig became extremely stiff by noon and was tangled at the back and sides when I got home that night. I am very disappointed and feel let down!!!

Side note: I had watched a youtube video regarding the hair majesty wigs. The girl in the video was FOR the curly wigs but made vague comments regarding the straight wigs, and now I'm here feeling like an idiot, for ignoring the hints.
