Poor communication

I had a very bad experience. I was buying hair for my wedding.She tells her customers that delivery time is between 7-10 days which is not the case. I ordered the hair 18 January and it’s almost now a month and I don’t have the hair yet. When contacting the paxi service I was told the sender selected the delivery service of R60 when in fact you pay 110 delivery. There is absolutely no transparency and lack of communication. It’s appalling! You cannot expect a customer to pay for a service and then keep following up on hair. The service is absolutely terrible and I do not recommend this shop to anyone.
