Disappointed

Unfortunately I had a bad experience, but I guess I shouldn't have expected more from an Instagram shop. The hair came late than communicated, no transparency as to what was causing the delay. Once the hair did arrive, the condition was disheartening. The hair had a really bad smell, it was used and felt a bit wet (perhaps they tried washing it before shipping). Their terms and conditions say no returns/refunds hence I didn't even bother trying to return the hair. In conclusion use Instagram shops at your own risk.
