Machine installation

A sales person sold me lies, I wanted a front loader washing machine and he promoted the *** Haier Inverter F/L washing machine. He told me that they have free installation for the product, I buy the product and text him. He asked me for the address and I sent it to him, he told me he will arrange for the installation. 2 days later there hasn't been any communication from him, so I get back to him, he sent me a pamphlet and told me to call customer service, so I call customer service and I am being told to use my own private plumber, how when I was told the product comes with free installation??
