Worst After Sale Service Ever
The worst after sales experience I have ever encountered. I was sold lies....I was looking to buy a front loader washing machine and the sales person (Zanele at Makro Strubensvalley) convinced me to buy a Haier Inverter F/Loader which comes with free delivery and free installation. Delivery was done by Makro on the agreed date and 3 days later I am yet to get an installer to install the machine. Despite numerous phone calls back and forth, the machine is till sitting in a box in the middle of my kitchen. The worst service ever....or by the way, when I called I was asked if I paid for installation. ****mers!

Machine installation
A sales person sold me lies, I wanted a front loader washing machine and he promoted the *** Haier Inverter F/L washing machine. He told me that they have free installation for the product, I buy the product and text him. He asked me for the address and I sent it to him, he told me he will arrange for the installation. 2 days later there hasn't been any communication from him, so I get back to him, he sent me a pamphlet and told me to call customer service, so I call customer service and I am being told to use my own private plumber, how when I was told the product comes with free installation??
