Gym company east point

This gym frustrates me each and every day, I have been going back and forth with them since 2023, when I cancelled my gym membership and they still refuse to cancel it and have been trying constantly to debit money from my acc and if not that I have been receiving calls from different people saying I should pay and I have been sending proof that I have been trying to cancel this membership since 2023, I sent proof of previous communications and the fact that I paid what was due then, I even told them how I would be relocating and they acted like they will have it cancelled and still today I am receiving calls from them, it’s frustrating, they have bad service, with them dropping the line on you when you talking. I am tired of this gym.
