Apparently, one payment isn’t enough for Gym Company

I've had terrible service with Gym Company and i will never gym there again. After i tried to change my debit order date to the 1st of each month (1st to the 1st) they starting taking double payments. Then when i reversed my payment they took on the 1st of Aug, they started phoning saying i owe them money. And then they tell me but that's how their accounts work. No accounts work like that?? It's either 1st to the 1st of each month or 25th to the 25th of each month. Where have you ever heard of a company taking a payment on the 25th and the 1st and then still claiming I'm in arrears?? Then i get calls from literally every accounts person and manager claiming i need to pay more. No one in the accounts department is on the same page. Not even the managers are on the same page as the accounts department. I will never recommend Gym Company to anyone!! That's a promise!! I'll rather pay R1000 a month for Virgin Active and know i won't be phoned after the 1st of each month for more money.
