Bad after sale service at GWM Boksburg

In June this year I purchased a H6 Haval from GWM Boksburg. Like all salespersons, I got the royal treatment, till I took delivery of the vehicle. Since then I have been trying to get a spare key for the car, and it's just continuous excuses, and empty promises. I am very disappointed, and just hope that I don't have serious issues with the vehicle itself, if just getting a spare key is such a problem. A simple rear wiper blade took 2 weeks to get there, and I wasn't informed that it had arrived if I did not make the call to follow up. Today, I've hopefully not been told another story, been told a key is being ordered, and Ill be advised when its there. Let's see. Should have stayed with VW.
