ARROGANT BEYOND BELIEF

Had steam coming out the radiator so booked it in, after half a day they decided they don't have stock so toughies, drive it like that. When they were told that I need to drive to KZN they told my sister to watch the temp and switch heater on if it gets hot!!!! I then called and the very rude and arrogant service manager said he never said that it was my sister!!! She knows nothing about cars so there is no way she would say that. The same arrogant service manager puts me through to parts dept and tells me to order it myself!! The parts guy promises he will call back which obviously didn't happen. Called him back and was told they don't have spares and they will get some next week sometime. Told them I need to get kzn but they just said nothing they can do

What a joke, worst dealership around, but then again all gwm dealers are poor, they couldn't care less. STAY AWAY FROM GWM, YOU WILL REGRET IT TRUST ME, THEIR CARS ARE *******
