Appalled by Haval Boksburg staff behavior

I am very appalled at how the staff of GWM Haval boksburg treats their customers after purchasing a vehicle, more especially the manager . i bought a car day before lockdown on the 26th of april 2020, the vehicle was said to have a tracking device as per the quote they did for us when purchasing the vehicle only to find out there is no tracking device but there is an amount of R3000 reflecting on the quotation, i had put it out to their attention that the car has no tracking device and i had fitted it on my own but then i wanna find out what has happened to the amount reflecting to be charged for a tracking unit , they have since been giving me run rounds, i have been calling and going to the dealership but then nobody takes me serious , i regret buying a car at that dealership because even today my query is not dealt with and i will never recommend anyone to go purchase a vehicle there. They only run after you before you sign on the dotted line once you have done that and they have received money you then mean nothing to them.
