Terrible customer service and ridiculous pricing for low quality products

I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and customer service I received from Guns & Tactics in Paarden Eiland.

I purchased a holster for R899, specifically intended to fit my pistol. However, when I received it, I immediately noticed that it was not properly fitted for my firearm — the shape did not match, and the fit was clearly incorrect. On top of that, I paid an additional R200 for a suede lining, which has consistently come loose and, worse, caused visible scratching to my pistol exactly where the suede detaches.

Despite bringing this issue to the staff's attention multiple times, I’ve had to return the holster five times just to have it glued back — a completely unacceptable and unsustainable "solution" for a supposedly premium product.

Each time, I’ve been met with dismissiveness, no accountability, and outright arrogance from the staff. Rather than assisting, they’ve treated me as if I’m being unreasonable for expecting a product to work as advertised.

There is a serious lack of basic customer service, professionalism, and product support.

To make matters worse, their prices are completely unjustified given the subpar quality of both their products and service. When you raise a complaint, you're made to feel like a ******** rather than a paying customer who deserves a resolution.

I cannot recommend Guns & Tactics in Paarden Eiland to anyone looking for quality gear or respectful service. I expected better — especially at these prices.
