Sling, Heavy duty, 2 attachment points
I initially ordered two Heavy duty, 2 attachment point, slings. The one was assembled correctly and functioned as expected. The other was incorrectly assembled. After notifying them I did receive a prompt response indicating that a replacement sling would be made and delivered, with the incorrectly assembled sling to be picked up concurrently. Unfortunately, upon receiving the replacement sling, I discovered that it too was incorrectly assembled. When I raised this issue, I was informed that the photos I sent appeared identical to those displayed on the website and the sling was assembled correctly. This led me to question my assessment and I proceeded to use the sling, resulting in the strap adjuster breaking. I communicated this and in subsequent communications, I was informed that I was responsible for the damage, despite my efforts to use the product for its intended use. I will not be purchasing from this company again.
