Useless resolution of issue regarding paid for ad
I do furniture removals.<br> I paid R399 for my advert to be changed to a TopAd , however, after my payment went through, i checked to see if my ad had been changed to a Top Ad.<br> <br> It had not been changed and remained a normal ad.<br> <br> My efforts to resolve this via the only channel available with gumtree.....namely email ..... have proven totally fruitless as the call centre agent keeps sending me emails saying \ your ad is listed as a top ad "<br> <br> But the ad is NOT listed as a top ad.<br> <br> I have now paid R399 for nothing.<br> <br> I am trying to run a business and cannot afford this kind of outrageously bad service and to be paying Gumtree for adverts which they are not placing.<br> <br> THIS IS SHOCKING AND I AM UNBELIEVABLY DISSAPOINTED !<br> <br> """
