Unusable email response handling to buyer’s enquiries
Recently discovered that responding to buyers' enquiries to our Gumtree adverts would not work as emails sent in reply would lose all text formatting and file attachments would not go through. This was not the case some years ago. What is the point of receiving buyers' responses if one cannot respond? When I reported this, Gumtre SA response was: that is the way it is now, take or leave it!!
