Unsatisfied customer

I have found i can not place a ad for free or pay for it, i have sent details back and i get one ref and reply for every 3 querys i place with gumtree i have met all the needs as well as taken pictures for assistance, but im getting no feedback or help and another day is half way .......

Finding it very fustrating and useless.
