Unfair treatment by Gumtree

Good day I am very disappointed with Gumtree,I have been using the services since 2009,Monday this week I posted a car for sale and got a call from a buyer,he orders me to bring the car to his show room that he has a buyer,I refuse that if he wants the car he should come to me and he rep**** calling be a time waster after that I checked my ad and realized that my account and ad has been deleted,Gumtree never investigated,I have sent emails no replies
