UNFAIR CROSS BORDER FEES CHARGED
So Gumtree South Africa has no way to send DM ont heir Facebook Page, there is no number on the website, nor is the live chat facility ever functioning, and we cannot post anything on the Community on Facebook, why is that? I am very disappointed after the many times I have used Gumtree, on 3 occasions I have been charged Cross Border Fees. Explain? South African website, South African payment, So why am I getting charged with this? This is not right.
