Treat ALL USERS equally!

<p>I'm so fed up with the dual stds app**** by gum tree support. There are many many ppl flooding duplicate ads and when I take the time to report those users what does gumtree support do? Nothing. I've reported the same users over and over again. One user had 174 duplicate ads and still day after day this person was adding onto that with new ads happily because all my reports on that person had been ignored. Now to top off all that the real shocker is gumtree has allowed this user to put up 3 duplicate ads under fridge and freezer category as paid for top ads. Lol so now there's no way possible for me to get my one advert noticed either as top ad or in the pages. So how greedy can this website be? R900 for gumtree and the middle finger for the rest of us. It stuns me to know that a website as BIG as gumtree cannot implement better methods of stopping or prohibiting users from making multiple accounts and advertising **********ly through gumtree website. I mean can't gumtree afford that? I've reported this 3 duplicate top ads already and its been a week yet still this users 3 ads are there right next to mine. I've on numerous occasions reported this same user to gumtree support for this user is advertising under different company names on gumtree with same name and number but that person is so stupid if you would check other ads by same user then you would see the different company names, phone numbers , contact names and prices. I've also reported the multiple accounts this user has been using but nothing's changed. This user is still there under multiple accounts duplicating like crazy, using false company and contact names and with all that money obtained from *********** customers this user is now paying to gumtree to ******* more. Wow! That sounds like a partnership. Well anything is possible for I surely can't think of a reason why this user has special preference over any other and especially since I've tried posting duplicate ads before. Tried multiple accounts and all that but I was hit with the gumtree block and BAN. So it's mind boggling for now I am left with thinking that even my top ad isn't effect on gumtree anymore due to this so gumtree is not all what it used to be. SA needs more websites. Better still SA needs a new Gumtree.</p>
