Throneprojects - kept my money and did not deliver

I contacted Arthur Jacobs of Throneprojects after seeing him advertise on Gumtree and after a few telephone conversations deposited R 3500 into his Capitec account . This money was for the purpose of a water storage tank which was to be delivered to my student residence in Observatory. Excuse after excuse and my tank never arrived. I then sent someone to the address listed on his paperwork and found it to be an old address. The landlady indicated that he had treated her in the same way. I will be laying ******** charges later today and will update this post as things progress.
