Terrible service from Gumtree, no respect to the users

Remove my ads and restrict (block) my account without no reason and no communication, I am only noticed by am email sent from Jason from Gumtree saying: "So it seems the account has been restricted. It has been decided that we are not the appropriate adverti*****t platform for you personally or your business model. We do appreciate your understanding and cooperation"

What's that, I can't image Gumtree just blocked my account and removed all my ads only because "they think"... In this cyber security world, I provide all my information to this website, but this website have so big power to remove me. I rep**** that email for the explnation, and also made complaints (case number: ***) on 21st, June, but still no feedbac****
