Swift, good, reasonable feedback

So after downloading the Gumtree android app for my smart phone to search for a job, I noticed that when I wanted to apply for a job on the app that is does not allow me to attach me CV. Only to write a message. I was then very disappointed. Some pop-up questionnaire came up asking if I like the app, I then responded no. It then asked for a reason and I stated that I can not upload my CV when applying for a job. It was not even 15 minutes when I received a email from gumtree explaining that unfortunately this option is not yet available and explaining in detail that she would forward my comment to the development team. After receiving the email from Molly at Gumtree my disappointment in the app lightened and my conference was restored that Gumtree will do everything possible to fix the problem.<br> Thank you very much Molly for your professionalism and swift reaction.
