Still no feedback on a faulty product

My mom purchased a tablet off the Groupon site, it just stopped working a week or 2 after being delivered. She contacted the company and advised them of this and they said that they would contact her about a refund - this was over a month and a half ago and no-one had bothered to be in touch?? <br> <br> Poor service and a faulty product is a terrible combination. Customer care needs to pull up their socks! <br> <br> I expect someone to look into this as soon as possible as this is completely unacceptable.
