So being a ****** is okay?

Last week I responded to an advert on Gumtree. I inquired whether the Seller was negotiable on price. I received a very derogatary, angry, ****** response which I reported to Gumtree. Their response was, that they take things like this very seriously, but the seller has been with Gumtree for years and that was the first complaint. Well, I also joined Gumtree years ago, and if that is you attitude, you kept an angry, ****** client, and lost a good one.
